Buy online before you arrive; tickets can also be purchased in person as availability allows. Combo Passes are per person and cannot be shared between guests.

Mountain Mayhem Coaster

A gravity-powered mountain coaster stretching 3,380 feet with two 360-degree spirals, speeds up to 25 mph, and approximately six minutes of terrain. Riders control their own speed, making it a different ride every time. Located at the Family Adventure Park. Single Rider | $18 Double Rider | $24

Mega Zip Line

Launch off the platform and zip across the mountainside with sweeping views of Massanutten - or line up side by side and race a friend to the finish. Two-ride and single-ride options available. 1 ride | $20 · 2 rides | $30 · Must be 70–250 lbs · Recommended age 7 & up · Closed-toe shoes required

Summer Tubing

Grab a tube, hop on and race down the hill on a fast, laugh-out-loud warm-weather run that brings classic winter tubing thrills to summer. Tickets sold in sets of 2 or 4 rides per person. 2 rides | $12 · 4 rides | $20 · Must be over 36" tall · Adult participant required for children 10 & under

Snow Tubing

Bundle up, grab a tube and race down the mountain during a 90-minute session, with a tube lift ready to carry you back to the top. After dark, Northern Lights Snow Tubing transforms the hill with colorful lights and music for a whole new way to ride. 90-minute sessions | Starting at $38 weekdays & $50 weekends/holidays | Minimum height 36" | Children 10 & under must be accompanied by an adult

Kids’ Adventure Course

A dedicated obstacle course built for younger guests, full of challenges designed for ages 12 and under. Parents can watch from ground level while the kids navigate every element. 1 admission (2 times through the course) | $20 · Must be 50–200 lbs and 12 years old or under · Closed-toe shoes required

Gem Mining

Sift through a mining sluice for treasures and keep what you find. Three different options allow guests to choose how big their haul might be. A favorite for all visitors and a great take-home souvenir. Pay Dirt | $12 · Lucky Strike | $18 · Motherlode | $30

Climbing Wall

Clip in, choose your route and start climbing. Work your way from hold to hold as the wall gets steeper, testing balance, grip and problem-solving on the way to the top. Trained staff are on hand throughout each session, making it a rewarding challenge for first-time climbers and confident adventurers alike. 2 climbs | $12 · Must be 50–250 lbs · Closed-toe shoes required

All participants must complete a waiver before entering the park. Parents and guardians must sign for guests under 18. Download, print, and complete your waiver in advance to save time at check-in.

Closed-toe shoes are required for all zip line, climbing, and coaster activities. Flip flops and sandals are not permitted and are not recommended anywhere in the park.

Mountain Mayhem is a gravity-powered mountain coaster spanning 3,380 feet with two 360-degree spirals and speeds up to 25 mph. Riders control their own speed, so the experience can be as calm or as thrilling as you choose. The coaster is for single and double riders, with a 350 lb weight limit. Riders under 13 must ride with someone 13 or older. Pricing is $18 for a single rider and $24 for double riders.

Requirements vary by attraction. Kids Adventure Course: 50–200 lbs, age 12 and under. Climbing Wall: 50–250 lbs. Mega Zip Line: 70–250 lbs, recommended age 7+.
